We are happy to exchange or refund in full the price of your in store purchase within 7 days as long as the item is in purchased condition including all tags and original packaging including shoe boxes.

Exceptions to this policy are as follows:
  • Tights are FINAL SALE.    *EXCEPTION IS MANUFACTURERS DEFECT*
  • Jewellery/Eyelashes/Undergarments are FINAL SALE
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE

**Special Orders***

  • Must be paid for in advance
  • Are FINAL SALE

Shipping:
  • Purchaser pays actual shipping either via CanPar or Canada Post
  • All payments received via credit card prior to shipping
  • Returns may be made however all sale items on the website are FINAL SALE, as are tights/jewellery/eyelashes/undergarments.
  • If a return is authorized purchaser will pay all shipping
